You Must Have COVID Vaccination or Negative Test to Enter Portland Owned Buildings

Starting Monday, Oct. 4, anyone going to an event at a city-owned building in Portland, must have a vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test.

This includes the Portland Expo, Merrill Auditorium and Ocean Gateway.
