Winthrop Woman Accused of Leaving Scene of Hit and Run

38-year-old Jeena Garant of Winthrop has been indicted in connection with a hit-and-run in Lewiston in June. This week she was charged with criminal driving while intoxicated in connection with the incident in which she reportedly left a man seriously injured.

According to the Sun-Journal, Garant is charged with leaving the scene of a crash with serious injury, driving to endanger, and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.
