Chase Cloutier, 19, of Winthrop, was driving a pickup truck that crashed through a guardrail on Route 126 at the West Gardiner/Litchfield town line. The truck ended up submerged in the incident this afternoon, June 12.
Cloutier has been summonsed for imprudent speed and the truck was removed from Horseshoe Pond.
