John Picurro, 41, of Waterville has been arrested yesterday, April 27, after police say he made a threat to MaineGeneral’s Thayer Center for Health, that caused a lockdown. The threat impacted health system operations in both Waterville and Augusta.
According to CentralMaine.com, Picurro was charged with terrorizing.
Picurro is the owner of The Last Unicorn restaurant on Silver Street in Waterville, that was destroyed in a fire last weekend.
