Waterville Police say John Lessard, 42, may have gone into the Kennebec River near the north end of the riverwalk Monday, Aug. 21.
An extensive search and rescue operation has resulted in no sign of Lessard.
Boats and diving operations, as well as air support, are currently aiding in the search.
