A dozen fire departments responded to a fire on the Merrill Road in Pownal yesterday, April 9. The fire extended both toward the house and barn.
Nobody was injured in the blaze that is under investigation.
Firefighters say at twelve on Sunday, around a dozen fire departments responded to a house fire in Pownal.
