Late last night, May 19, the Maine State Police responded to a home off Route 9 in Otis for the report of a vehicle crash. During the investigation, the Tactical Team and Crisis Negotiation Team responded as well.
At approximately 6:00 am this morning, 28-year-old Randy Spencer Jr of Otis was arrested on multiple felony warrants without incident.
He was booked into the Hancock County Jail.
