Mark J. Sinclair, 28, has been charged with murder in the July shooting of a Massachusetts man on Howe Street in Lewiston.
Sinclair could be sentenced to prison for 25 years to life.
According to the Sun-Journal, John Paquin, 20, of Worcester, Massachusetts was murdered on July 17.
