Joshua Colgan, 35, of Jefferson is facing sentence of six months in prison and up to five years of probation after pleading guilty to breaking into the U.S. Capital on Jan. 6, 2021.
He may also be fined a fine of up to $5,000 at his April sentencing.
Another Mainer has pleaded guilty for storming the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
