Lisbon Police are looking for a driver who reportedly hit a child riding a bicycle in a crosswalk at the intersection of Rt. 9 and Rt. 196 in Lisbon. The driver of an older dark-colored SUV did not stop and left the scene.
The 11-year old boy suffered minor abrasions.
