Gardiner Man Arrested for Elder Abuse

59-year-old David F. Dineen of Gardiner has been accused of abusing a 91-year-old family member.

Dineen has been charged him with endangering the welfare of a dependent person at a home on Highland Avenue in Gardiner.

The charges include aggravated assault with a weapon, domestic violence assault with prior convictions and criminal threatening.
