Free Entrance to Acadia National Park, April 22

To kick off National Park Week, your entrance fee to Acadia National Park is Free on Saturday, April 22. The fee is waived for all other national parks as well, on the 22nd, which is also Earth Day. The most recent free entrance day was January 16 for Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday.

The other upcoming free days are:

• August 4: Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
• September 23: National Public Lands Day
• November 11: Veterans Day
