The Flood Warning from the National Weather Service is extended for the Kennebec River at Hallowell affecting Sagadahoc and Kennebec Counties.
The heavy rain and flooding from the past 24-hours has caused many roads to close and some heavy damage.

We have restored power to more than 75% of customers impacted by this storm.
