52-year-old Christian Koelbl of Stockton Springs has been accused of assaulting a 5-year-old student in the RSU 25 school system. Koelbl is a kindergarten teacher at G. H. Jewett School in Bucksport.
The alleged assault took place on October 20, and Koelbl, who is now on administrative leave, was charged with aggravated assault.
