Bomb Threat Reason For Early Release at Topsham’s Mt. Ararat Middle School

MSAD 75 Superintendent Heidi O’Leary said students at Mt. Ararat Middle School in Topsham were sent home early today, Sept. 18, because of a bomb threat.

The threat came via a voicemail last night, Sept. 17 around 9 p.m.

Mt. Ararat Middle School students were originally diverted to the high school on Monday morning.

No explosives were found during a search by police and K-9 units.
