  • Post category:Local / News

Walmart in Augusta had to be evacuated Sunday afternoon, June 23, because of a bomb threat. It’s the second such threat this year.

A threatening note reportedly was found inside the Civic Center Drive store, that lead to a 2-hour evacuation as Maine State Police K-9s were used in a search of the building.

No bomb was found.
