46-year-old Tyon Shuron of Augusta man is being accused of witness tampering. Shuron is charged with murder in the 2019 death of 48-year-old Andrew Sherman of Richmond.
Reports say Shuron allegedly exchanged notes in jail with a co-defendant, Chanda Lilly, who was also awaiting trial. The murder trial begins with jury selection on Nov. 6.
