24-year-old Jacob Diaz of Augusta, previously charged in connection with a fatal crash, reportedly has been arrested again for criminal speeding.
The fatal crash on Route 4 in Turner in Dec. 2022, left 79-year-old Carol Ivers of Fayette dead.
Diaz is accused of racing another car and going more than 100 miles per hour at the time of the crash.
