Maine State Police have charged 46-year-old Aaron Aldrich of Auburn with the homicide of two men found deceased at a home at 20 Tripp Lake Road in Poland.

The Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit continued to investigate the murders of 21-year-old Shoeb Mohamed Adan of Springfield, Massachusetts, and 16-year-old Mohamed Aden of Lewiston, Maine. The two men were found deceased at a home at 20 Tripp Lake Road in Poland on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Over the weekend Detectives conducted interviews in Maine and New Hampshire resulting in two charges of Murder against 46-year-old Aaron Aldrich of Auburn, Maine. Aldrich is currently being held at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood, New Hampshire on property crime charges not related to the double homicide. Aldrich will face extradition proceedings in New Hampshire before he can be brought to Maine to answer to the two charges of murder.
