The Maine Attorney General’s Office has ruled that the police shooting at at 87 Roxbury Road in Mexico of an armed man was justified.
According to WGME, police responded to a domestic violence disturbance in the evening on on October 13 and were confronted by 22-year-old Daniel Tibbetts of Mexico, who was armed.
Mexico Police Officer Dustin Broughton then shot Tibbetts1. The incident was was recorded on a neighbor’s doorbell camera.
