27th Maine International Film Festival

The Maine International Film Festival is July 12-21, with 10 days and 100 films, and showings various venues in greater Waterville.

MIFF showcases the best of American and international cinema with world premieres, classic revivals, inspiring performances and exhibitions. Highlighted will be some of Maine and New England’s most innovative filmmakers.

Among the films to be shown this year is a feature film version of Donn Fendler’s classic survival memoir “Lost on a Mountain in Maine.”

Mary Harron is the Mid-Life Achievement Award Honoree and Jos Stelling is the Lifetime Achievement Award Honoree.
